The Thompson + Brown Story

The Thompson + Brown commitment to Antelope began in 1988, before the first stop light had been installed in the area. At that time McClellan Air Force Base was fully operational and home to over 10,000 employees. Antelope in fact, was only Antelope in a vague sense, as the boundaries were not entirely clear and the area shared a zip code with North Highlands.

Much has changed over the years. Antelope became clearly defined in 1993 when the 95843 zip code was created. We absorbed the shock of the closure of McClellan in 1995. The real estate market zigged and zagged through the 90’s and then zipped in the early 2000’s leading to a real zap!

One thing that has not changed is our commitment to Antelope. We are here every day to do everything we can help the residents of Antelope. Of course, many of our Antelope clients have moved to other communities, near and far, and we have grown with them. While Antelope remains our primary focus, we also serve neighborhoods throughout the Tri-County area, including Auburn, Citrus Heights, Granite Bay, Lincoln, Loomis, Newcastle, North Highlands, Rocklin, Roseville, Sacramento, Springfield, Sun City Lincoln, and Sun City Roseville.
